Thanks for sending this - we were gutted to lose out last time - really keen to work with this artist and dare we say it… this one is even better than the last one. It’s a haunting track that keeps a morbid pace but is deceptively relentless. The visuals should be no exception.

We want to create a dizzying performance video where the camera seems to be in constant disorientating movement that ties together a series of hidden cuts.

Our hidden cuts string together Wizzy performing in a series of different locations, each of them places he finds himself at 4am. This isn’t a narrative video but we want each location to have a little backstory to them. These aren’t scenes, they are situations - those all too familiar moments where the air changes and you realise you’re in over your head… 

We’re terrified being chased through back alleys // We’re sitting in a car with a lump in our throat being driven to a 4am meet // We’re in a shop when ‘he’ walks in  // We’re in the trap house when that familiar and unavoidable knock on the door comes…

We’d love to develop this further with you and flesh it out into a more comprehensive breakdown. It’s essential that each move is carefully timed with the shifts in the track to keep up the sense of mystery and tension whilst giving the appropriate space to highlight the rhythm and Wizzy’s mind-blowing flow.
